Collections Dashboard Does Not Show Data And Does Not Find A Customer

I try to check a customer in the Collections Dashboard, enter the name in the Customer Search but don't get a result, instead I have to close the page.
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Can I use the dashboard if Advanced Collections is not licensed?
