On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Time and Labor Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Save and Close button is not working - Work Shift


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The button should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Workforce Deployment > Define Common HCM Configuration > Define Workforce Records > Define Availability > Manage Work Shifts
2. Create time shift:
Name: Test shift
Start time: 8:30 AM
Duration: 4.45 Hours
Shift Detail Type: Punch

Shift Details area:
Name | Day | Start Time | Duration | Duration Unit
Break |     1 | 12:00 PM  |         45 | Minutes
In      |     1 | 12:00 PM  |           4 | Hours
3. Press the "Save and Close" button and observe nothing happens
