Fusion Global HR: Employee Number Should be Padded With Zeros Before the Number for External Reporting Purposes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Employee number as per customers example requirement should be 4 digit and employee number should include zeros before the number. for example it should be 0001, 0002, 0003........ and should display the number in this format.
Is it feasible to achieve this requirement. If yes, then how ?
