Navigator > Compensation Plan > Manage Plan Components (query Name = MIP Company ROIC PC).
Drill down on Performance Measure "MIP Company ROIC PM"
On the scorecard, the [Split Attainment Across Tiers] = Yes and [Split Option] = Proportional within a tier. Also known as an interpolated rate.
Drill down on the scorecard Rate Table "MIP Company ROIC Rate" and click on Edit Rates
