Single Web Service To Import All Supplier Data (Doc ID 1965851.1)

Previously for the Oracle Fusion Supplier Model -> Import Suppliers functionality, multiple processes need to be run to import all of the Supplier-related data (i.e., Supplier, Address,
Site, Site Assignment, Classification, etc.) An enhancement was requested to create a single web service that would accomplish all of this via a single process.

Customers may use an external database to maintain trading partner information. If a Supplier needs to be added into Fusion Applications, previously multiple import processes
need to be run. Running multiple ESS job programs is not optimal from a customer perspective. Customers need the Supplier Model application to have the ability to do the following:

1. To support a Supplier (import) web service in Fusion Procurement
2. To support add and update for Supplier, Supplier Site, Supplier Site Assignment and Supplier Address via the web service
3. To support re-using an existing trading party record instead of creating a new one if the Supplier already exists
