Fusion HCM: Application error While Converting Pending Worker To Employee in taleo integration

While working on Fusion Taleo Integration, after Importing New Hire Data to Fusion , processing as Pending worker and trying to convert Pending worker to Employee, we get the below Application Error.
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 223, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp. "
