Symptoms

On :  11.1.8.0.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When creating a MKT Mini-Campaign which is based on a segment no emails are sent
same campaign based on an audience list (with same contacts so same emails)  sent emails successfully

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Campaigns which are based on segments should works as when based on lists  with same contacts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Marketing > Campaigns > create a mini campaign with segment  
2. Generate segment and  count contacts
3. Launch campaign : no emails are sent

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run campaign when they are based on segments.
Not that campaigns work fine (email are sent) when using audience list instead of segments with same contacts
