The Inventory Item Was Not Found For The Combination Item Cross Reference Key and Source System When Submitting A Sales Order In DOO

After upgrade to Rel 9, Inventory Items and Cross References present in database are not getting picked up when submitting a sales order.
The process fails and the following error is received:

"The inventory item was not found for the combination Item Cross Reference Key NNNNNN and Source System MMMMM."

The Cross References exist in the database as seen with the following query:


However the Cross References are not visible in Product Management -> Manage Item Relationships.

Additionally, when trying to import any new item the process also fails with errors like:
EGP-2775801 - Attribute Primary Unit of Measure cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege. 


 Recently upgraded to Rel 9 of the application.
