Goal
Qn1:Segment security based on the hierarchy is setup for the natural accounts and cost centers.
When these hierarchies are in status Draft the users cannot see the segment values for those segments when entering journals and in other
areas where segment security is enforced. This is a problem because when these hierarchies are not active, no combinations can be entered.
Is this the expected behavior?
Qn2:Is there a way to shorten the down time of hierarchies when frequent changes to the hierarchies and value sets are needed?
