ORA-INT-EBS-0006 Error Occurred During Syncing Oracle Sales Cloud Customer With EBS (Doc ID 1969784.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Integration

As per Oracle oppty-quote integration document,customer is trying to sync Oracle Sales Cloud Customer with EBS.
But during syncing process they got "ORA-INT-EBS-0077: One customer match found but failed to save records cross-reference" .

When reviewing the logs in the application it shown as
"ORA-INT-EBS-0006: Got exception: JBO-25185: Exception in expression "util" global function O_INT_ApplyFilter(Object,Map) : oracle.jbo.NoDefException ", means there is some issue in O_INT_ApplyFilter function.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Customizations
3. Application Composer
4. Customer Center
5.Run Time Messages
6. Enable Script logging
7. Navigator
8. Sales
9. Customer > Edit Customer
10. Error is displayed.
