Fusion Global HR: Manager Promote Action Does Not Include Working Hours and When Personalised and Changed No FTE Impact

Customized the promotion screen when using the Manager Action > "promote" to include Working Hours, i.e. page composer was used to unhide working hours field.
This appears ok except that on changing the working hours this way the employee FTE isn't dynamically/automatically updated. If the working hours are changed manually on the employment details screen the FTE is automatically updated.
