Fusion Apps: OTBI, Annual Leave Details For Few Employees Are Not Getting Fetched

We have created a report for getting Annual Leave Balance of the employees. We are facing an issue after the recent upgrade of the environment. When we ran the report yesterday morning we were able to view the data for only 50 employees but by the previous night we were able to view the data for around 150 employees in the report run. But we are able to view the absences for all the employees at the UI. When we checked the back end tables we find that data is present for all the employees in "ANC_PER_ABS_ENTRIES" table but the data is not present in the "ANC_PER_ABS_PLAN_ENTRIES" table. So, we are able to view the data at the UI but report is not fetching the same data as we have used ANC_PER_ABS_PLAN_ENTRIES table in our Data Model. So, Could you please explain if it is data load issue due to recent upgrade or some other issue.
