Fusion Applications BI Publisher : FAILED_TO_EXECUTE_TRIGGER error when a Schedule Trigger is added to a BI Publisher report (Doc ID 1982007.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

When attempting to use a Schedule Trigger to manage report execution during scheduling
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a simple data model which includes a schedule trigger using the following SQL (SELECT '1' from dual). Base the schedule trigger and data model on ApplicationDB_HCM datasource
2. create a report against the simple data model
3. create a scheduled job against the simple report and ensure that it uses the schedule trigger
4. submit the scheduled job
5. scheduled job will fail with the above error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manage report executions which results in reports being generated with no data found
