Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Supplier Information-Manage Supplier Profiles

When attempting to complete Manage Service Provider relationships setup
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Functional Setup Manager
2. Navigate to Task Manage Service Provider relationships task
3. Enter all details and click on save get error
