Account Import - Phone Number Is Inserted To Non-editable Field

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, File Import/Export

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After import accounts successfully (data are ok in back end )
Primary Phone number is not well displayed in Simplified UI
Not that Primary phone number is well displayed in Classic UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Phone number should be well displayed in both Simplified UI and Desktop UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Account > with data mapped to Primary Phone object > Import complets successfully
2. Simplified UI > Account > Check imported Account > Primary Phone number is not well displayed in Simplified UI
 > Not that Primary phone number is well displayed in Classic UI

Due to this issue, users cannot see primary phone number well displayed in Simplified UI
