Not Able To Export Account File Import Mappings

On : version, File Import/Export

When attempting to export a File Import Mapping
the following error occurs.

Unable to Retrieve Content. Additional Information for "Remote region error #3"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Mappings
2. Edit a mapping > Click on icon to export as excel file
3. get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export file import mappings
