Read only property is not enabled for the custom field 'Reasons for Rejection' in Interaction page.
It can be make editable or not for all by using page composer but this is not business case to implement

Expected Behaviour : 'Read only' property should be enabled for 'Reasons for Rejection' field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under Navigator > Customization > Application Composer.
2. Go to Application : Common
Standard Objects > Interaction > Fields > Custom > Create a Custom 5simple Text) field ('Reasons for Rejection') as editable as want it editable for some roles and not for some other
3. Please select the particular field, click on edit and make update able checked.
4. Save your changes.

1. Go to customer page.
2. Edit customer and Select 'Interactions' from left side pane.
3. Go for the page composer at 'Job Role' level, and select Job Role as 'Sales Representative' or 'Sales Administrator'.
4. Click on Create Interactions icon.
5. Go for 'Select' mode and click on 'Reasons for Rejection' field. select 'Edit component'
6. Now I want to make this 'Reasons for Rejection' field as read only. But 'Read only' property is greyed for this page so cannot be updated

Remaining question is how to make this field editable by role , is it a bug and if yes please fix it

The issue has the following business impact:
