Symptoms

When attempting to delete a payment method via FUSE, the following error occurs:
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FUSE as an HR Specialist.
2. Access Manage Payment Methods.
3. Delete a payment method.
4. Confirm the error.
5. Access the Manage Payment Method from the Classic UI.
6. Confirm a successful deletion.
