"WLSTException Error occured while performing nmConnect Cannot connect to Node Manager Connection reset" Starting Identity Management AdminServer (Doc ID 1985419.1)

When starting Identity Management using Starting and Stopping Fusion Applications (Doc ID 1499525.1) , the script could not connect to node manager to start admin server. Users can manually connect using nmConnect to connect to the node manager.

The following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Identity Management using Starting and Stopping Fusion Applications (Doc ID 1499525.1).  Errors occur when  running script to start the servers.
2. Manual steps provided in Doc ID 1588359.1  are working.
