SUI SCROLL BAR NOT APPEARING ON CUSTOM OBJECT DETAIL PAGE IN SALES CLOUD (Doc ID 1986670.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Sales Home Page

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Created Custom Object, and placed it under SUI - Creation and Details Layouts. The Details layout has a lot of fields, which forces the user to scroll down to navigate to the last object. Issues are:
1. The last section does not open properly and fully. The last field in the field actually shows up when I un-expand and then expand again the concerned field group.
2. The Vertical Scrollbar does not show up on right side, until user scrolls down till the end and discovers that there is a horizontal bar too in the end. When user Scrolls to the right on Horizontal bar, he can see the scrollbar.

I have ensured that all the fields on the page are not more than 30 chars, so that there should be a need to spill over contents to the right and a horizontal bar is required. Still, a horizontal bar is on the page.
The page cannot be presented to the end user with these deficiencies in the Details screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Displaying of all fields should be complete

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Apps Composer > Create a custom object : Complaint
2. > place it in SUL Home Page by using Settiings
3. Simplified UI > Complaint object > edit one > displaying is not ok

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have a full and correct display of this custom object
