Symptoms

Lookup Value not appearing in UI but showing in setup

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Preferred Contact Lookup value should appear in drop-down list


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured new Lookup Value for HZ_PREFERRED_CONTACT_METHOD
2. Drill down on Account record and try to edit it
Note: newly defined Lookup values does not appear under Preferred Contact Method, in the Customer Details section
