On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Set Up Product Management-Define Product Rules

Conditional loopsum function cannot be used in rule (R9)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a validation rule that has to compare 2 values in different rows in a Multi Row attribute group. To do that use the “Conditional Loop sum” function. All parameters defined for that function as described in the following Oracle documentation link:

As soon as the function saved get an error: “Invalid Arguments for function conditional_loop_sum (EGO-2745209)”
