Set your budgetary control balances to continuously transfer to the budgetary control balances Essbase cube to maintain balances for up to date reporting and inquiry without end user intervention.

When you enable the XCC_STREAMING profile at the site level, the Transfer Budget Balances to Budget Cubes Continuously process transfers budgetary control balances to the Essbase cube created by the Budget Import program and the Budgetary Control Validation engine at 2 minute intervals. You can also set a 30 second transfer interval by manually defining the XCC_STREAM_POLL_INTERVAL profile option.

The Transfer Budget Balances to Budget Cubes Continuously process is intended to be continuously active to maintain the Essbase cube balances. If the XCC_STREAMING profile is disabled, therefore prohibiting budgetary control balances from transferring to the Essbase cube automatically, you must run the Transfer Control Budget Balances to Essbase process to manually refresh the Essbase cube with the latest budgetary control balances.
