Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Bill Customers-Create and Process Bill

When attempting to add or update contact information on a customer account, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
You must enter the first name or last name or both for a person. (HZ-120071).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to update Contact information on a Customer account.
2. Notice that the Contact First and Last names are populated.
3. Save changes and the error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add or correct Contact information.
