Freeze column function in Comp it freezes more cells than requested & all in other plans

freeze column should work correctly

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open up a compensation plan
2. Click on the actions dropdown
3. Select Manage Default Worksheet Display
4. Select freeze first column only
5. It freezes the first 3 columns not only the first column like requested
6. Close the plan and open up another plan
7. Now all the columns are frozen and you have to click the freeze button to make the change.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly freeze columns.
