PO Hierarchy Logged in User Does Not Have Permission to View Task History (Doc ID 1989557.1)

Symptoms

After applying P4FA patch# 19824900, when attempting to see the hierarchy, the following error occurs.

The logged in User does not have permission to view task history.

When a Notification is viewed via the BPM Workspace Application, the task history information is visible to the user.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE
 
1, Log into Fusion.
2, Choose Navigator.
3. Choose Purchasing.
3. Open the PO# 72444.
4. Expand the document history.
