Customized Email Template Is Reverted Back to Default or Previous Email Template Automatically (Doc ID 1990511.1)

Symptoms

Customer is attempting to customize the password reset email notification templates in Fusion Applications. However, the customizations are not being retained.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Login to OIM console

2.  Click Advanced -> Search Notification Templates

3.  Search for template Reset Password

4.  Open the template

5.  Click English tab

6.  Copy and paste customized template in

7.  Click Save  -> Sign Out

8.  Repeate the steps 1 to 5, you will see the default old template there
