Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to Create Appointment" in the Simplified UI (both from the Activities tab and from the other entities from where is possible to create appointments),
the following error occurs.

with java stack error :
Caused by: oracle.jbo.PersistenceException: JBO-26000: A Generic exception occurred during loading Customizations.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Simplified UI > Activities > ckick Create appointment button
2. get error
