Goal
On the Manage Salary page, we are seeing every Action Names which are not mapped to the 'Change Salary' Action Type - e.g. Rehire an Employee, Add Employee Work Relationship, etc. So this is working differently from the other forms. We expected only to see the Action Name 'Change Salary' as this is the only name we have mapped to the Action Type 'Change Salary'. The other values are not related to this action.
