When attempting to access tasks such as : Manage Supplier Registration Approvals from Procurement,
the following error occurs.

An error was received for the task Manage Supplier Registration Approvals. It is identified with the code ORA_POZ_MANAGE_SUPPLIER_REGISTRATION_APPROVALS that invokes the program /WEB-INF/oracle/apps/prc/por/manageApprovalRules/ui/flow/ManageApprovalRulesFlow.xml#ManageApprovalRulesFlow of module code procurement. This indicates an HTTP error response is received. Verify the enterprise application that supports this module is up and running before attempting this operation again..
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Query for Procurement related tasks such as Manage Supplier Registration Approvals and try to open it
3. Receive the error message Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #11":
