Fusion Payroll: No Year Showing on W2 Printed by Employee from Self Service Documents (Doc ID 1995159.1)

Employee printed his W2 from self service to file his taxes. The tax preparer could not accept it because the year was missing from the form. The pdf form that was produced when we ran the W2 Employee Report and the year was there. Its only missing from the Document of Records (DOR) in the system. No way of knowing if this is an isolated incidence or if it has happened to other employees. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run year end processes.
2. Print W2 in the Serf Service.
