Blank Screen Appears When Try To Create Custom Object Record On SUI (Doc ID 1995717.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Customer Center and Common

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When we try to create record for Promotion (custom object) from simplified UI we get blank screen. We are on R9
Note that same custom object can be created using Navigator and desktop UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to create a custom object


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Simplified UI > Promotion Custom object > cannot create (get blank screen)
2. Navigator > Promotion custom object > Click plus create icon > Can create and save anew instance of this custom object.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create entities of custom object.
