Symptoms

Fusion CRM 11.1.8 Cloud - CRM Admin can see PIM Item in the Items screen but not in analysis

Steps
======
1. Connect to Answers and attempt to create an analysis

Result:  not able to find PIM Subject area, but earlier it was available

2.  use the Items Page > Items Tab which contains 2 analyses

eg an active approved  item "21011" of Root Item Class

Items page > Overview section > Items tab

    shows list of Item Class data
    Summary element contains 2 analyses which have ODBC errors

I noticed that you have a CRM POD but this question seems to be about PIM which is Supply Chain.

Notes: another place that this occurs is in the fuse UI/simplified UI, when clicking on the "Analytics" icon and then searching for "Items" . If the user clicks on Item Summary or Rejected Item Summary, they get the same error

Note:

1. user can see the Item data on the normal Fusion screen
2. unable to find the Product Manager role in their CRM instance
3. Seeded implemn user supplied with POD does not have the Product Manager Role
4. They do not have a separate Security Administrator, they use CRM Admin for all security role admin tasks
