ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Ex-Employees SSN not visible

Not able see the SSN of the ex employees, neither through UI nor through BI.
Note: We are using SSN as the basis to identify the person type (newhire/rehire/transfer) from the details coming in from Taleo .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to see SSN of ex employees

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Person Management > Search for an ex employee
2. National id is blank
