Purpose

This document describes troubleshooting steps that can be taken when the BI Services are down or not responding.

You are attempting to log in to Fusion Applications BI interface directly using a URL such as:  http://<serverName>:<port>/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome&startPage=1

The result is an error page:
