Goal


LastUpdateDate is not updated when change made to Contact for Contact Simplified Web Service


Our issue is that the LastUpdateDate is not updated for certain changes that are made to the Contact Record. For example changing a Phone Number, Email Address does not result in a change to the LastUpdateDate field.

Can you please advise if this is expected behaviour and if so how we would go about tracking changes to key data such as Phone and Email Addresses with the Simplified Contact Web Services.
