Employees Are Not Visible In OIM After Running Send Pending LDAP Requests Process (Doc ID 2001859.1)

Symptoms

Customer has loaded employees through spreadsheet load worker template and ran LDAP processes after the load, few employees are not visible in OIM


Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FA
2. Navigate to Manage User UI
3. Search for one of the problem user
4. Select the user and you will see the message

Request Data is invalid, Length of the attribute value genrationqualifier is greater than maximum allowed length 20
