DOO Sales Order Creation Fails After New EFF Context Was Created (Doc ID 2002387.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to create a Sales Order in Distributed Order Orchestration (DOO), the following error occurs:

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Prepare Payload to create an order containing EFF information
2. Submit Order into DOO
3. The order is not created in the Workbench
3. Review the Order flow in Enterprise Manager and observe the process failed with above error
 

Changes

 The problem started occurring after a new context was added to the DOO_FULFILL_LINES_ADD_INFO Extensible Flexfield (EFF).
