Fusion Compensation: Cannot Default Values In Component Columns

Goal
One element per component (five in total) with several input values on each element, such as: Min, Bonus @ Min, Target, Bonus @ Target, etc... is created
These values have to be fetched with a fast formula to make them available to managers (read only) in the compensation plan.
Requirement is to default the values of standard columns in the components such as "Target Compensation Percentage Minimum - Component 1", "Compensation Percentage Minimum - Component 1",
And a fast formulas is used to fetch elements input values and display them in these columns.
These columns don't display any values in the plan.
