Fusion: Unable To Restrict Reports And Analytics Through Custom EL Expression (Doc ID 2003536.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
--------------------------------
Custom Expression Language (EL) expression is not working as expected for Reports and Analytics

The user had set a EL Expression using securityContext.userInRole Syntax but all users are able to access the reports and analytics link in home Page


ENVIRONMENT

Application & Version: Fusion application ToolKit
Bundle/Patch: 11.9.2
Environment: Production

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Menu Customization > Navigator Menu Customization >Tools> Reports and Analytics > Edit > EL Expression Editor enter the below Syntax

#{securityContext.userInRole['XX_HR_SPECIALIST,TECHADMIN,HCMUSER’]}


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
All users are able to access the reports and analytics link in Home Page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
As per the EL the below users should access the link.

BUSINESS IMPACT
------------------------------
All user having access to reports and analytics.
