Sales Person Not Displaying on Ar Invoice

On : version, Bill Customers-Create and Process Bill

A new sales person was created, Sales Representative role was assigned but it cannot be selected in Create Receivable Transaction UI.

After a new sales person is created and Sales Representative role is assigned, the person can be selected as Salesperson in Create Receivable Transaction UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new User using Manage User interface
2. Set person type Employee and Resource Role - Salesperson
3. Add Sales Representative role to the new user using OIM
4. Search for Salesperson in salesperson field from Create Receivable Transaction UI.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the salesperson when creating an invoice
