When attempting to import transactions, the job stays in Interface table upload in progress for a while then eventually change to Completed with errors status.
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Import Transactions Using File Based Data Import
1. Drill down on an existing import activity (eg. Incentive Comp Transactions 4) and upload a new csv data file
Create a new import activity.
2. Activate / Submit
Due to this issue, users cannot import transactions for calculation.
