Last updated on APRIL 27, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

This note describes the process of creating an Extensible Flexfield (EFF) to add information to Fulfillment Lines. There are four activities that must be performed to do this.

  1. Creating and deploying an EFF
  2. Publishing the EFF
  3. Submitting an Order with EFF data included in the payload
  4. Verifying that the EFF has been populated

The example provided in this note is for an EFF to be defined where a Status is stored as Source Line Information. The contents of this can for example be used to store a status FRAUD_HOLD.

NOTE: Order Management Only uses Extensible Flex Fields (EFF), it does not access or make use of Descriptive Flexfields (DFF),
