Symptoms

 On :  11.1.9.2.0 version

When  running the General Ledger Journal Entry Report it completes but the output file is empty.

The expectation is that the output must reflect entry journal lines in appropriate period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Journal and post it
2. Run General Ledger Journal Entry Report
3. Job ends in Succeeded but no data found in output
