On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Content Type not visible to custom Ardent role after upgrade to Release 9.2 

Fusion Production HCM upgraded to Release 9.2 over the weekend and now some of our Managers cannot see or edit the content type for their reports.
 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Content Type should be visible as in Rel 8 stage environment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into Release 9 environment as Manager
2. Navigate to Manager Resources and click on a direct report
3. Notice that list of Skills and Qualifications are not visible and unable to see Content Type when the Edit button is clicked
4. Sign in as HR Specialist and navigate to Person Gallery
5. Click on same direct report as manager
6. See that you are able to edit Content Types
