Incorrect Resources Selected Automatically At Calendar

If there is an Appointment in Weekly Calendar View to which you are invited, Participants in this Appointment is wrongly copied to Participants in creation form of Appointment. (Only when using Create Appointment button)
Also, if you go to Weekly View where no Appointment exists, Participants page (via new Appointment creation form) gets blank.

No participant should be copied automatically to an appointment except the appointment creator (or if using floow up method)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log in as TestOracle02, create new appointment by using TestOracle02 as owner, TestOracle04 as participant.

2) Log in as TestOracle04, go to Calendar View. Select the week in which your Appointment was created at Step 1). There is one Appointment in the week you are invited.

3) Create new Appointment by using Create Appointment button. Enter Subject, select Activity Plan, change Start/End date to 4/27/15

4) Click on icon at Participants. Different members shows up. Oracle04 is no longer owner, but Oracle 02 is.

Iterate cycle of go back to Calendar View, hit Create Appointment and cancel. Participants always shows wrong member which is same as existing invited appointment in Calendar View.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot appointment with right participants
