[SUI] Activity: Cannot Configure Primary Contact Search Lookup

On : 11.1.9.1.0 version, Extensibility

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User cannot configure the Primary Contact Standard Dynamic choice list and its Search Lookup.

This is very UNFRIENDLY to users, in such a way that the search of a contact displays all the fields on contact object !!

Test Case
Simplified UI > Activity > Appointment > Create and Edit > Contact tab > Search i get a popup with all Contact existing field :

So search is very uneasy.

Instead of 8 search criteria fields as it should be :
First Name
Last Name
Phone
E-Mail
Account
Job Title
Owner
Favorite Contact
