Cannot change the item class of an item (no permission message)
The system does not allow me to change the item class of an item. It gives an error message: The item cannot be edited because the classification was changed to item
class Bakery for which you do not have permission. Contact administrator. (EGP-2775879)
But there is permission for the other item class proven by creating an item under it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
It is a simple structure: Root > Europe > Bakery
The security is defined at customer European level and inherited to the Bakery class
The issue is related to the way that customer has defined security.
At master level, the role does not have access to all attribute groups. At child org level, the role has access to all attribute groups.
1. Create item under Class 'Bakery' (prove permission exists)
2. Create item under another item class
3. In edit item use the actions dropdown to change the item class.
4. Returns EGP-2775879
Class change should work in this scenario as items can be created by this user under it.
Was created for R8 as Bug 18741935 - CANNOT CHANGE THE ITEM CLASS OF AN ITEM (NO PERMISSION MESSAGE)
Went into R9 base and should be operational
