Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

The user is unable to access the Fusion Home page 


ENVIRONMENT

Application & Version: Fusion HCM
Bundle/Patch:11.1.8.0.0



STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Login to Fusion Home page
The user is automatically routed to xmlpserver with below error
The users are able to access the BI and XMLP server directly 


ERROR
----------
Unauthorized Access:please contact the administrator



Changes

 The issue started happening post upgrade
