Users have the following requirement:

Developers defined a custom job with parameter business unit in LOV and assigned the ESS metadata resource type (to access custom reports from users) to external role of the BU.

When the report is opened from schedule requests, all the business unit are showing in the business unit LOV.  How does one limit the LOV?
